Please read our guidelines carefully:

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of purchase of your item to request a return. (Purchase date indicated on your invoice)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no makeup, stains, or strong odours, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • No refund, returns, or exchange for the items purchased using a credit note, sale items and accessories that have been worn, and orders that have been returned to us due to failed deliveries.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses. We advise using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any packages that may become lost in transit. Upon arrival, all items will undergo inspection.
  • We are unable to make price adjustments to past orders if discount codes are not entered at checkout or an order is placed before a sale. 
  • If items have arrived in a damaged condition, please inform us as soon as possible.

We make every effort to accept all returned items. However, if an item does not meet our specified criteria, it may need to be returned to you, and this could result in additional costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*We offer Store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase (excludes shipping costs). Unfortunately, we do not offer cash returns or refunds.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
